SNAPWARE® guarantees that all SNAPWARE® products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If a product part proves defective in materials and workmanship, SNAPWARE® will replace the defective item at no cost with the same or comparable product.

To replace an item as covered under this guarantee, please send the item, cleaned and free of any food residue*, by parcel post, postage prepaid, along with proof of purchase to:

(please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of the replacement piece or container)

* Our Quality Department inspects all returned items. Items containing food or food residue cannot be inspected, and will not be replaced or returned.
